my acc from OCE, and it said "player support with error code 1b" how to fix this guys.. i don't know please help me :(

These bugs are getting worse and worse every patch. You would think a multimillion dollar company would be able to hold a stable client.

same here had been trying for last 30 min... tried full repair, relog, fluch ip config whatever, reinstall the whole game but still hte same. please fix thanks

Yep same issue, I've tried relogging, restarted, repairing, running as administrator and restarting my modem. Nothing is working so it's clearly a server issue.

Same I've done everything that every1 else has been doing; 5 relogs, run as admin, full repair, uninstall reinstall. Nothing seems to work.

Same here..Only on PBE account though.. I login in my main acc (eune) and i can play... but in PBE it gives me the code error 1b
