Bugged Champion disappears from TFT

I was playing TFT when I realized my 3 star warwick suddenly and completely disappeared!

It happened when he was respawning with his Guardian Angels and the round ended in a tie. The next round my WW was gone and it sent in one of my spare champs! This lasted for about two rounds until the big champ pick phase started, after I picked my champ my WW popped back up!

I know its a new system, so just letting you guys know the bugs! Thank you!
