Shyvana ult bug?

Not sure if this is intentional, i dont think it is, but ive noticed that with the change to shyvanas ult, she can ult straight through azirs ult, which i thought blocked all dashes? Unless shyvanas ult isnt considered a dash anymore. Clarification would be appreciated!
