Problem with uninstalation LoL

I have problem with uninstalation lol i cant delet this game from control panel and i cant play game too bcs game is deleted from my computer but i cant instal LoL bcs i have problem with control panel and uninstal not best englis but i hope u understand pls if anyoone have some idea write me
