Zed Shadow Q broken [Laneing Phase]

So during the mid laneing phase while playing , I noticed I wasnt getting as much harass as I should, If I send a E+Q Combo straight down a minion wave, the shadow's Q wont go to its full distance, so there's some type of bug in the minions that affect the distance the Shadow Q travels, this only happens in laneing phase. Please check this out, I cant harass or control the lane as much as i should, and it affects my early game. rito pls.
