At lvl 12 I clicked no on surrender and was turned to lvl 1 and rendered completely useless.

I was playing Akali (lvl 12) on Summoners Rift and someone sends up a surrender request, I press no, and right after i get a huge lag spike i am returned to spawn at lvl 1. my abilities still had the points that i had put in to them, but when i tried to cast them a small message appeared saying that i couldn't use this right now. when i got through the lag enough i walked to some minions to see if i could level up once it would fix itself, but it did not. I went back to spawn and got something to eat and i just sat there and watched everyone else. after the match was over, a message popped up saying that i I was put in a low priority queue for i believe 10 matches. I find this very annoying to have to sit here and clear all of these for something i could not stop.
