Thunderlord's Decree switched ratios.

Hey guys, I know that by now a lot of people noticed that the ratios on Thunderlord's Decree ARE SWITCHED. This is outright a buff to AP bursty champions. A 10 x Level + (20% Bonus AP) sounds a little bit abusive late game, since most of such champions have around 600 AP, all bonus, at that point.

The bonus burst for a champion at level 11, only with a Rabadon's Death Cap, is already 142,4!

I mean, as a Rengar player I feel very undermined by this. At level 11, if all I have is my Ravenous Hydra I'll only have 117,5 bonus burst. The difference is exactly 24,9 damage. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it is actually a 875 gold value (A pickaxe). That's crazy!

Some might say that my comparison isn't fair because the Ravenous Hydra has a value of 3600 and the Rabadons Death Cap has a value of 3800. Just notice that the difference between them is 200 gold, not 875, so this is completely unbalanced right now.

Please, switch it back to match the description or tell me right now if I can ditch the mastery once and for all and start playing Diana jungle like crazy.
