Have you ever had a late mouse reactions besides 60fps,50 ms...

Hello i am a league player that is having some difficulties and problems during league games.When the game starts ,all that good stuff, i pick my favourite role im happy there is no trolls, and then when i try to use my E on yasuo or just auto attack with an adc the reaction of the mouse is slow,buggy,and sometimes(for me a lot)the mouse input isnt even showing,i am playing on eune and euw and i have been experiencing the same problem during this patch and patch 6.14.I would like some feedback on the forum and advise for what to do.[zombie-brand-clap] Tried Rito support no answer ...
