[CLIENT] Ranked Game Didn't Start?

Queued up for a ranked game just now. Champ select went fine and normal, until everyone was locked in, including the enemy team. Timer hit 0 and the game didn't start! We all sat there talking for 5-10 minutes before we all closed the client. My client then told me that I had abandoned the game and would not let me reconnect. After another 10 minutes this went away, and, so far, it doe not seem that I have lost any LP, although this is thoroughly annoying and has wasted a large portion of my time.

Anyone else having this problem and will it dock me LP...?
