[Gameplay] Runes-Secondary tree flat bonus discrepancy

So I don't know exactly where to submit this as it's not an outright bug, (would appreciate a reshuffle if a mod knows where to put it) but there is a rhyme and reason imbalance with the flat ad/ap bones from picking sorcery or domination secondary:

Recently a patch went out that stated that difference in dmg bonuses from sorcery and domination were based on the balancing of their respective keystones, and as such having a precision primary negated that factor. This led to the update of the flat bonus from a precision/sorcery and a precision/domination combos being equal at 9as 10ap and 6ad, which is similar in setup to the bonuses from inspiration/sorcery and inspiration/domination at a paired 22ap and 13ad for both. However, by this logic having the resolve tree primary should also result in equal flat bonuses from either sorcery or domination, which was not mentioned in that patch, and I believe is still the case.

Now this is obviosly a tiny issue, I think the dmg differences are 1 and .5 for ap and ad respectively, but it's been bothering me profoundly for weeks now XD If there IS in fact a reason for this I would appreciate a better understanding of it, as I personally thought the disparity patched in that distinguishes the value of sorcery and domination as secondary vs primary positions was really nuanced and even elegant, if not exactly impactful. If this is only a kink to work out though sweet god please change it, it's driving me crazy lol. -Disclaimer, I don't currently have a computer in front of me to check on this, and I haven't checked these numbers in my actual league actual client for a month or so now; recent updates could have snuck a bugfix for this by me. Lolking and a few others are still reporting the 10/6 sorcery and 9/5.4 domination numbers though.
