I was diamond last season but I got banned and I didn't get rewards so I have no border, when I tried to duo with my diamond friend it said I could only duo with people that are bronze to gold.

Now, I know its a bug because:

  1. I could play with people that were diamond last season when dynamic queue was out
  2. I know people that contacted riot to have their border removed even if they weren't banned and they are having the same issues as me

Having the same issue. Had rewards removed cause toxic toxic, and now I can't duo with my normal duo :l
