Loading Screen and In-game Screen Problems

I had just downloaded the recent patch and went into a game. When the game was starting, my loading screen (the screen with all the champions loading in) was WAY too zoomed in. My in-game screen was also zoomed in. The client is fine, its just the loading screen and the in-game screen. Help pls
