Cursor disabling itself

For a while now, my cursor has been disabling itself at times during games. It started every 2-3 games, but now, it's happening EVERY SINGLE game where my cursor would disable itself. I'm not sure, but I thought this bug was squashed in an earlier patch but it seems to have come back? It also could be just me.
