Making me reconnect to a finished game???

So when i first logged into league it wouldn't load anything for me for a while, like store and my profile. i closed the client and reopened it. It was ok, when i went to tanked and anytime i went to chat it lagged and sent to my teammates 5 seconds later. when i got in game i had the same issue. Their tf was fed and i was already gonna accept our loss, then they had 3 AFK's, all due to the riot servers. I was on skype with a friend and he was having the same issue. He couldn't reconnect to his game that just started. I finished the game and said i was sorry to Tf and Nami on the opposing team. It wouldn't load the ending screen for me so i had to skip the stats. Once again i closed and reopened league and it kept telling me to reconnect to the game I just finished. took 5 mins and i was back to the stat screen of the game i ended 15 mins ago. wft is going on rito
