No champions to select in Ranked champ select.

I am legit pissed about this. I am able to place a ban with the champion table up, but when it was my turn to lock in my champion, there were no champions for me to select. Toggled the arrow that would open up the table, nothing shows up. Tried re-logging back in and the same thing happened. Lost LP. Please fix. (give me back the LP I've lost)
