Autofill creates longer queue times.

Since autofill, I hit the lobby a lot faster than I used to. However, based on auto fill being 95% supp (a position that people generally avoid) there is a small chat freak out, "WTF!? why am I supp? I hate supp" and then they leave the lobby. This has happened 6-7 times in a row. Thus I spend 25 mins waiting for a game instead of 7-8 minutes.
