Experienced on NA ARAM game as Annie

  1. Charge Pyromania
  2. Launch Q projectile at enemy champion
  3. Die before projectile reaches enemy champion
  4. Watch projectile do damage but not stun, and Pyromania stacks go to 1.

Ive had my ults go on cooldown right as a die and do nothing at all, so the fact that you at least get damage out of that should be good enough
