[GAMEPLAY] Endless Xin Zhao's Q.

I've had an issue with Xin Zhao's Q. It happened 2 times already. When i was destroying enemy Nexus i could use Q on it and i didn't lose any Stack , as normally, but my Cooldowns were reseting anyway, Xin even had a Q animation on attacks. I'm not sure what it cause but probably when i wanted to kill a minion next to the Nexus with my Q i didn't end my autoattack animation because someone else killed the minion and i automatically start focusing the Nexus. When i attacked the Nexus, it was reseting my cooldowns. I was able to use my W 2 times at once because in that game i had a lot of attack speed. Hope you can understand all of that because English isn't my Native Language. Unfortunately i don't have any kind of Video or Screenshot evidence of this bug.
