League of Legends won't let me purchase Kindred with IP points.

Everytime i click "unlock" and then "unlock" again to officially purchase her.. the next option does not pop up. You see "Kat" dancing and it says "Purchasing" but then it disappears.

It's ridiculous. Been trying to purchase her ever since she came out. Kindred
