Hextech Keys BUGGED PLS HELP RIOT

over a month ago i bought two hextech keys with my remaining rp that i purchased. neither of the keys have shows up in my inventory yet. i just said "whatever" and forgot about it until the other day i did the same thing but bought 4 keys. none of the keys are in my loot. really upset im spending money on a game that isnt working. real frustrating. i even put in a bug report that for some reason i cant find on the fourms. idk what the deal is but every day its getting more frustrating.
