Can't 'left click' at all when my 'ALT' is pressed

Hi,

I Got a bug that I can't figure it out. When I press 'ALT' I can't click at all in game or even in the client. (Like it disable the 'left click' to interact with the game) So if I select my next spell with 'ALT + E' for example I wont be able to make an action with my 'left click' in the same time since 'ALT' is no more pressed.

It's pretty annoying so if someone know how to solve it, I will be really grateful. <3 Thanks for the help!

Press every key on your keyboard. If a key gets stuck, non-gaming keyboards usually don't allow 3 keys to be pressed at a time. Keyboards with a lower key rollover (the max number of keys able to be activated at once) are usually less costly because they have fewer circuits. Standard boards have a 3KRO, but gaming and mechanical have 5 or unlimited KRO to allow for more complicated keypresses.
