Can't see jinx/ornn ult

Anyone know how to fix the whole not being able to see abilities? I can't see jinx or ornn ult, cant see xayah or ekko Q I'm sure there are others I haven't noticed yet.

Think I saw something like this with enemy leona ult last game might be a bug

I cant see the Ornn Ult and the Q of Xayah and i dont know why. I am playing on a Windows PC.

might have something to do with that.

its also with swain E ive been through it with riot in in like 3 tickets and still havent fixed it...
