All AI Bot Games + 500 Ping

I went to play an all AI game to custom myself with a particular champ and I notice that leaving a bot game is not possible? It just asks to reconnect when you exit and also when you log out and back in again. Really? So I have to wait for the bots to finish before I can continue now? On top of this issue is this 500 ping attempting to reconnect issue which is also very frustrating. What's up with that? I know it's a free game but this is not fun in any way possible. Neither of these mentioned above are.
