Jarvan IV Passive and Auto-Attack Animation Bug

Some games, but not all, Jarvan IV will not receive his passive. In other words he will do base auto attack damage on his initial strike to a target. Also, sometimes this will cause Jarvan's auto attack animation to not appear. Instead he will freeze in place for the duration of the animation and the only indication that it has completed will be the damage number on the target hit.
