Morgana Q going through minions/champions

I just played a game in Teambuilder mode as Morgana. I first noticed it when I as running away from a team fight that our team lost when I fired her Q into a cluster of 2-3 champions and about 2-3 minions. It somehow hit none of them and I visually saw it make it out the other side of the cluster. I noticed it more easily the second time that it happened because I was farming minions by myself and the binding went right through a cannon minion I was trying to last hit . Her Q worked outside of those two instances and thankfully did not cost us the game.
