Kind of annoyed...

I bought one of the mystery chests worth the 795ish RP it specifically said no repeats did it not? I already own Lollipoppy and that was the skin I got. 795 RP for a skin I already had when it said no repeats rather upset with this. Has anyone else also gotten a repeat skin and basically tossed their money in the garbage?
