garen and static shiv bug [gameplay]

i was playing practice mode with i bought some items but i noticed a bug with when you used q on minion monster and champion static shiv proced too early before you slam target, please fix it because its hard to react to garens q then if static shiv procs too early. it happend to me 6 times
