Cannot make a PBE account

So I recently got honour level 3 and would like to make a PBE account. But there seems to be an error saying 'Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again.' I tried using different browsers to check if the error still occurs and it does. I don't get what the problem is. I have been trying for about a week and I also send a ticket but I guess that would take a long time to get back to. Does anyone know how to fix this?
