Weird bugs

Hello Today I have been playing some games with friends and we have encountered weird bugs. My friend was playing thresh support and he had item Targon's Brace , the item would not execute minions and in order to do so, he had to last hit the minions normally with 60hp or less to execute. Another one was on Nidalee in ARAM game, her spell would not work properly when my heal said 450+- it would heal 230 which is only half, same thing with the Javelin toss the damage said about 1200 max and I have played a lot of Nidalee games so I know something was wrong when my max range spear hits for only 300-400 someone that had 100 magic res. I had a lot of magic pen and in my opinion it is impossible to do so little damage. I think all her spells didn't work properly. Not sure what is going here.
