i cannot get in the game

i use late 2012 macbook air few days ago i try to play lol, but doesn't work, so i think that is my os problem. At that result, I upgrade latest os and re install lol. However, it is not work. I can go log in page and i can make game, but i cannot get in the game. i wait for 10 min, but does not answer what is the problem. I already done to turn off fire wall
