I lost my skins and champion

Hello. From like 2 weeks ago, i bought 2 skins, i had oppened with some good offers. The skins were Malphite - Mecha and Veigar - Bad Santa. I took some games with both skins, and now am i here, without my skins, 2 weeks later. I just dont have the skins, and i have lost my champion Fizz too, i bought from like 2-3 months ago. (I bought all the things with RP)

Does anyone have or have tried the same thing? What should i do?
