[Gameplay] Playing katarina - was unable to use q , r and recall

I am very upset because I just lost a ranked game due to this bug - I want to dismiss this loose.

I was playing katarina and everything went ok. at about 20+ min of game suddenly i couldn't use my q, r and recall anymore. I tried quitting and reconnecting, and it didn't work. What fix the bug was that i died, when i re-spawned everything went back to normal.

First time i encounter this bug.
