Cannot Log in to Submit a Ticket

Hello Riot games support

I have a technical issue on my account - but when I try to submit a ticket I get logged out and receive an error message "please try later". I tried later many times it still doesn't work. My understanding is I have to be logged in to submit a ticket.

Technical issue: I have created my account and received many missions. I completed them and had many more appear, despite my low level (pre 10). Then, I left the game abruptly (Normals, I had an emergency, my apologies and thats the ONLY time I left the game).

After that ALL my missions disappeared and I haven't received a new one in about a week now. Did I get punished for leaving a game? Will I receive new missions or that's the way it is for me from now on?
