In the Wrong matchmake

Recently i have experienced a horrific game where literally i lost lane badly and i admit i should've have inted. My lee sin kept insulting me to the point where i left, i muted him and the mute button stopped working. The enemy riven who i laned against was d4 while i was a mere g5. I found that there was a huge gap in the skill level. I don't want to play this dumb game due to the my ally nami at the start of the game telling me im going to lose from and "I bet he'll go 0/15/0" literally i just want to see matchmaking fixed so i don't have to deal with a super bad game experience.

Matchmaking works based on your MMR as such it matches you with & against players around your MMR (even if you are ranked tiers apart). The system however does not take into account players who will display toxicity and the like.

It's an unfortunate experience that no player should experience but toxic players do exist and will continue to. This is the reason why Riot's Behavioral systems exist.

When you encounter toxic players, mute, continue to play your best and report them post-game. If they continue with their ways, they will be punished.
