Cosmic Blade Skin Box Loot Doesn't Exist For Me

So I opened a chest from my loot window and it gave me orange essence and the new master yi Cosmic Blade skin stating;

"Cosmic Blade Yi has been permanently added to your inventory."

However, it doesn't actually exist in my loot window for me to craft with orange essence, nor is it unlocked when I look for it in my collection.

Something must have gone wrong, most likely I had looted it before patching was complete, which may have broken something in the code to actually give me the skin. If at all possible I'd like it properly given back or even just the shard is fine since I have the essence to craft it to a permanent skin anyway.

If it is not possible for this to be fixed for me its fine, it was simply a pleasant surprise that that particular skin showed up. Thanks!
