[GAMEPLAY] Tier Icons Wrong for Cloud 9

I have a Tier 3 Cloud 9 Icon and when I flash it in game it is what the Tier 1 Icon is supposed to be. Tier 2 Icon flashes the Tier 3 emblem, Tier 1 flashes Tier 2. Tier 3 Icon makes you flash tier 1. Cool I thought it was just me. Except my Tier 3 is Gold instead of platinum for some reason
