[GAMEPLAY] Tier Icons Wrong for Cloud 9

I have a Tier 3 Cloud 9 Icon and when I flash it in game it is what the Tier 1 Icon is supposed to be. Tier 2 Icon flashes the Tier 3 emblem, Tier 1 flashes Tier 2. Tier 3 Icon makes you flash tier 1. Tier 2 -> Tier 3 Tier 1 -> Tier 2 Tier 2: https://gyazo.com/8a0aeb3660a5f136926cd3a225056746 Tier 3: (The Logo is on the ground) https://gyazo.com/fff5700c09a7d8a837670cf4dc90b868
