Crafting System Error[CLIENT]

Yesterday I got a S- Rank and received a Chest, in it I got a Demonblade Tryndamere Skin. I deconstructed all my other skins to get enough orange crystals then I upgraded it to permanent. I tried sever times to activate the skin getting try again errors until the client locked up and and just gave 1 error message after another until I finally just shut the client down. When I logged in this morning I have the Demonblade skin Activated and able to use it in matches but I also have the card in my inventory still. While this bug is in my favor it is still a bug and I thought I should report it. I know there was a login error yesterday perhaps the two issues were connected?
