League client doesnt work as it should.

First of all: I didnt have any Internet connection problems at all. I noticed there was something wrong with the client, because there was a pretty long loading time. But I didnt care, so I was just in the queue to play some ranked game. Iit needed a really long time to pick a champ. Furthermore I couldnt even ban a champ, because the time was frozen. In my opinion it isnt fair to get a deduction of 10LP and a dodgetimer for no reason. Out of desperation I instinctively uninstalled league within seconds. :) I hope u can fix the problems and at least try to find more justice for such incidents. Maybe u understand my massage and thank you for reading this.
