Theres a chat bug that blocks you form selecting champs in ranked/normal[CLIENT]

When i open the chat in the client It stucks on my screen and i cant choose my champion or my summoner spells. . Also we lost 3 lp and got 5 min ban for that Bug. Not fair. (I tried to restart the client many times but still its not working) It seems the patch did something to it.
