Quinn's Q stopping Renekton's W bug

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but lately whenever I've faced a as I've encountered this. Her blind (q) is no longer supposed to stop auto attacks, just hinder vision in the immediate area. However, when I try to stun her with my W after being hit by the blind, it just says missed and she keeps on going without being stunned. I know it's not her E interrupting it, because it often happens without her using her E. I'm just wondering if this is a bug right now, because it's really affecting the match up/fights, because if she blinds me I can't use my W on anyone for the duration.

I think I can comment on this but I need alittle more info, in said match are you fighting near bushes of any sort, if the answer is yes then since the ability which is considered a blind is affecting you the bush puts her out of AA range even if she is well within it, ive played Quinn top a lot when she was free and figured out that her blind essentially make anything outside of I wanna say 250 range completely unclickable unless its a tower or some other normally Fog visible object, this causes ranged attacks to fail outside this range unless the AA is completed before the blind fully effects you, and melee attacks to outright cancel if Quinn isn't inside the blind area. howevr if your in lane and this occurs its likely a bug of some sort if your mid attack and shes right next to you it shouldn't cancel anything
