Where do I get my free skin?
A popup over the game client said I get a free skin for good behaviour or something but I never got it. Where do I redeem it?

It should have been listed when it showed up and told you the skin.
It automatically redeemed. What skin did it tell you that you got? Go check that champ. You'll have it. If you don't remember it should be under your gift history in the store.
Also this isn't a bug...?
