Client Freeze During ARAM accept

I am having a issue since Kasai release, Accepting an ARAM match the client and wait time clock freezes. Audio still plays but can not join the match. The only option i have is to close the client and restart Leage of Legends, just to see a 15 minute leaver penalty. I know a lot of people dodge ARAM recently and seems to be causing this but i could be wrong. Its only happened twice in the past week but still is annoying.
