[CLIENT] Never get my turn to pick in dynamic queue

In champ select, the timer for the person picking before me sits at zero until I am kicked out for not locking in.

Don't know how to reproduce, but it's happened to me before.

Been having the same thing happen to me multiple times at random, has ended me up in multiple queue time waits.
