Black Screen in Champion Select (Can't see anything but can interact with chats and such) [CLIENT]

I was going to get into a game with my friend and when we got into the champion select screen we both got a black screen but we could interact with our chats and clubs. My friend left the game to get us out of that champion select screen and he got a leaverbust when we got back to the party.
