Free trial on skin?? (But it won't let me use it! )

I recived a capsule that had a free skin. It said I could use it for 5 days as a free trial and has a little blue clock on the side. When I went to select the skin it said "There is a problem with your request". It also won't let me buy other skins. Does anyone know whats wrong?
