[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Ultimate display

Any game I play as Tahm Kench, upon reaching level six and leveling up my ultimate ability, the ultimate ability cooldown indicator in the bottom right corner of the screen (the green dots above each allied champion) always shows as available to allied players, even when it is on cooldown. This is a very disrupting bug and forces my team to play without knowledge of my ultimate availability. This bug has been occurring for several months now and has occurred any game I have been in with a tahm Kench.
