Ranked Glitch

My friend and i went duo que in ranked and were third and fourth pick. the other teams second and third pick chose their champs but the second pick didn't lock in. i heard the noise that meant it was my turn to pick but it wouldn't allow me to. after the timer ran down for them to lock in we got kicked from the que saying that we didn't pick our champs. this resulted in a 3lp loss and a 5 minute ban due to a glitch. I know its only 3 lp but I shouldn't have to lose that due to a glitch in the system. Its bad enough dealing with trolls and feeders but now I have even riot putting me down? C'mon guys. Help a brother out.
