Rainbow Fluft Icon Bug

I can't buy the rainbow fluft icon. It won't let me buy it from the featured section, and doesn't come up when i search for it in the icon tab.

Anyone have a clue how i can fix this?

You might own it already because it came out some time last year, they are just rereleasing it. Check your icons, or click the show owned check box when you go to shop, accessories, the summoner icons.
