Client crash

Well it's like this, i started a ranked queue and the game bugged twice. there popped up a message that there was a bug and that there was send a report to the server. i restarted the lol client i joined queue again now i got so far until i saw the ranked champion select. i saw the countdown start but never saw a ban. Then the message popped up again that there was send a message to the server. i looked at my ranked stats i saw i lost points. also i had to wait before starting a new game wich isn't quite fair coz it wasn't my fault de client just keeps on bugging pls help
