Surrender Reconnect Bug

Hi. Whenever a player disconnects durin a Surrender (/ff / /surrender) vote and reconnects in time before the surrender vote, the surrender box pretty much bugs out. It fades its red or green colors. I got this bug while in colorblind mode. Someone started the surrender vote.

1.Vayne disconnected 2. 2 people voted 3. Vayne reconnected 4.->Colors from the surrender box faded in a black color (they don't appear) 5. It says it started again the vote.

It's a color bug and you don't know how many voted. Guess it will be a quick fix. GLHF.
